I rented this one from nuuly this month but it’s a possible keeper. I’ve worn it so much this month already! It’s been a go-to for a quick and easy dress for these last minute plans we’ve been having this month. An unplanned group dinner? This dress. A last minute date night? This dress. I’m gonna be sad to send her back I think. Or I might switch it out for the white for summer?

I’m kind of in between a medium and a large right now and my typical silhouettes aren’t working for me right now. But this dress WORKS. It pulls me in above my natural waist but then flares out so there is zero self-consciousness around my waist. And it’s big enough for bigger boobs, so the buttons button. And IYKYK. As a member of the big cups club, when a button up shirt or dress actually buttons, you feel like you struck gold. That’s what makes this silhouette a rare find and a gem of a dress. It’s the Tobie dress from Anthro and you know what I love about whoever is running Anthro’s design department right now? I love that they get hyper obsessed with one silhouette and just go to town on it. There are so many different variations of this silhouette, different fabrics, lengths, etc etc and I, for one, very much appreciate a hyper-fixation like this.

I am in the large and it fits me perfectly. It’s not too tight and it fits my waist and chest. Plus the length is a really nice and casual length. Not too short at all but not so long that it feels weird. It works with heels and flats for me. You can find this dress here!
